Skogen is a Nordic inspired waffle concept rooted in comfort and simplicity. Our menu centers around a traditional Norwegian style vafler with a fusion twist. 

We’re currently in the early stages of launching and don’t yet have a permanent truck or location, but we’re bringing Skogen to life through pop-ups, markets, and special events throughout Northern Utah.
